Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
While we will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been accepted for shipment.
Returned Packages

- Failure to collect from carrier
may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
